NEW DELHI: States and Union Territories should speed up the enrolment of all eligible farmers under the Rs 87,000 crore PM-KISAN scheme for the timely transfer of Rs 6,000 per year in three equal instalments, Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said Thursday.
